GET YOUR CLIMBING SHOES BACK SOONER

We know being without your favourite pair of climbing shoes can be frustrating, especially with an outdoor trip, competition or training cycle coming up.

​

Our Express Resole service is designed for climbers who need their shoes back sooner. Your shoes receive the same Sticky Rubber Resoles restoration process and attention to detail as our standard service. You are simply paying to move your resole ahead of the standard workshop queue.

THE EXPRESS SERVICE​

​

• Express Fee:  Additional $40 per pair

• Workshop Turnaround:  3–4 business days from the day we receive payment to the day they are posted back.

• Shipping: Shoes sent by post will be returned by post. Shoes dropped off at stores will be returned to stores.

• Availability: Maximum 10 pairs per week

Postage time to and from Sticky Rubber Resoles is additional to the workshop turnaround.

We recommend sending your shoes to us by Express Post for a faster service.

Shoes dropped off at stores will take longer to get to us.

THE SAME RESTORATION • A PRIORITY PLACE IN OUR WORKSHOP​​

Express Resole does not change the way we restore your shoes.

We use the same specialist equipment, climbing-shoe lasts, materials and restoration methods and care as our standard service.

​

The applicable cost of any required rand repair is added to the standard resole price.

The $40 Express Fee simply gives your shoes priority in our workshop queue.​

HOW TO BOOK YOUR EXPRESS RESOLE

1. CHECK AVAILABILITY

Express places are limited to a maximum of 10 pairs per week.

Current availability is displayed on our Home page.

2. BOOK ONLINE

Complete the Online Resole Form and select the Express Resole option.

The additional Express Fee is $40 per pair.

3. POST YOUR SHOES

Send your shoes to us- Express Post recommended, alternatively drop them off at a store.

4. WE RESTORE YOUR SHOES

Your shoes are placed into the priority workshop queue upon payment and restored using the same Sticky Rubber Resoles process and standards. Workshop turnaround: 3–4 business days.

5. WE SEND THEM BACK

Your completed shoes are returned using the same method we received them.​
