HOW TO DROP OFF YOUR SHOES

Drop-off and pick-up your shoes at:

Stores collect SCARPA and La Sportiva climbing shoes exclusively to be resoled.

Other brands ( Scarpa, Tenaya, Evolv, Red Chili, Unparallel, Five Ten & others ) can only be sent to us by POST. Please visit the Post In Your Shoes page.

Please be sure to specify Sticky Rubber Resoles to store staff when dropping off your climbing shoes at a store.

For your SCARPA or your La Sportiva climbing shoes, please fill out the 'Online Form' below.

A SEPARATE ONLINE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH PAIR OF SHOES.

Shoes sent in from a store, are returned to the same store. If you wish them returned directly by post, please send them in by post.

PREVIOUS RESOLES:

Unfortunately we no longer accept shoes that have been resoled before unless they were resoled by us (see FAQ's page for further information).

TOE HOLE REPAIRS:

If there are any toe holes through the inner fabric/suede, these shoes are too far gone to be repaired or resoled and will be returned to you. See "When To Resole" page for further explanation.

When in store, please fill out your name and phone number on one side of a tag attached to each shoe. Please keep the other side blank.

We will forward you bank transfer details after your shoes have been received and assessed.

Once completed, we will let you know when they have been sent back to the store for collection.
