WE ARE ON HOLIDAYS FROM 21ST OCTOBER TO 27TH NOVEMBER.

WE HAVE STOPPED ACCEPTING SHOES BY POST AND

STORES WILL NOT ACCEPT RESOLES AFTER SUNDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER. 

SHOES ALREADY RECEIVED WILL BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED BEFORE 21ST OCTOBER.

WE WILL RE-OPEN FROM MONDAY NOVEMBER 28TH NOVEMBER. PLEASE FILL OUT THE ONLINE FORM AND SEND IN YOUR SHOES BY POST OR DROP THEM OFF AT STORES THEN.

A SEPARATE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EVERY PAIR OF SHOES.

2. Send your climbing shoes to our postal address:

3. Please include your name and mobile number with your shoes so we know who they belong to.

PREVIOUS RESOLES:

Unfortunately we no longer accept shoes that have been resoled before unless they were resoled by us (see FAQ's page for further information).

TOE HOLE REPAIRS:

If there are any toe holes through the inner fabric/suede, these shoes are too far gone to be repaired or resoled and will be returned to you. See "When To Resole" page for further explanation.
