We will forward bank transfer details by text after your shoes have been received and assessed.
Return postage & handling for postal customers only
$20 to get a single pair of shoes back to you.
$30 to get two pairs back to you.
$35 to get 3 pairs back to you. Add an extra $5 for each pair over 3 pairs.
For extra postage insurance, please let us know on the Online Form. Aust Post covers $100 for postal loss without extra charge. See Aust. Post website for more info.
Please Note:
We welcome customers who choose to send in self addressed, pre-paid return postage bags. In this case, only handling & administration costs of $5 per pair apply.

Postage to and from stores
Note: All shoes dropped at a store must be returned to the same store.
Postage to and from stores varies between $7-$10 each way depending on the store.
Stores will collect between $7- $10 to send your shoes to us.
We will charge you the same to return them to the store.
