WHAT IS MEANS TO BE AN OFFICIALLY AUTHORISED RESOLER
Check out this blog by Mountain Equipment about what it means to use an Officially Authorised Resoler.
Check out the link below:
Turn-around time is 3-6 weeks from when we receive your shoes to when they are completed. See "FAQ's" page for further information.
Note that your resoles are handcrafted, this is a process that takes time. We won't rush through the work on your shoes. As an Officially Authorized La Sportiva resoler, we don't compromise on our standards. We resole all brands of rock climbing shoes.
We do not accept shoes that have been resoled before unless they have been resoled by us. See "FAQ's" page (click button below) for further information & explanation.
TOE HOLE REPAIRS:
If there are any toe holes through the inner fabric/suede, these shoes are too far gone to be repaired or resoled and will be returned to you. See "When To Resole" page and "FAQ's" page for further explanation.
We resole and restore all brands of used rock climbing shoes to original factory specifications.
Re-use your climbing shoes over and over again giving them a longer life. Resoling and re-using your climbing shoes is also good for our little planet.
Resoling your climbing shoes means they can be re-sized up or down and returned with just the right fit, see our "Customisation" page.
To drop off your shoes at one of our store collection points, please visit the "Drop Off Your Shoes" page and fill out the "Online Form".
To Post in your shoes please visit the "Post In Your Shoes" page and fill out the "Online Form".
We return your worn climbing shoes to their original factory specifications by replacing midsoles where needed, as well as providing the original rubber compound or another compound you choose.
As an Offically Authorized La Sportiva Resoler, we carry La Sportiva original spare parts, direct from the La Sportiva factory, to replace soles of most La Sportiva models. See the La Sportiva Authorized Resoler page for more information.
We carry Davos climbing rubber (used with some Scarpa brands) from Italy which is a close rival to Vibram, perhaps it is a superior brand. It performs like Vibram XS Grip2 but is slightly stickier. It comes in black, blue and yellow (gym friendly non-marking rubber).
Prices for resoles and rands can be found on the "Resole Prices" page.
